In order to start a secure IT support session,

  1. contact us at 802-272-0950
  2. We will issue you a support ID number (7 digit code)
  3. logon to this screen and enter the number.
  4. Click on RUN on the next two windows
  5. Wait for us to take control - about 1 minute.

    1) the code we issue you is only good for 10 minutes.  Should it take you longer to enter it - you will
       have to get a new one from us.  For your own security the code is only valid for one logon and only
       within 10 minutes of being issued.

    2) While not 100% necessary a broadband connection (cable or DSL) will make the troubleshooting
       process much more effective.  A dialup connection is prohibitively slow and will necessitate am on-site
Introducing remote support from Laser Systems Inc.

To speed up IT support to our valued customers we have added remote IT support to our offerings.  Depending upon Internet connection we
can connect to your system within 30-60 seconds and evaluate your system within minutes.  If the job proves to be too difficult to handle remotely
we will still dispatch a technician to your location to fix the problem.  Should this become necessary we will arrange a mutually agreeable time for
a technician to physically come to your location.  
Onsite support is charged at $65.00/hr.
With the customer's permission, a small .exe file automatically downloads to the remote PC. It's the interface
through which we communicate with a client and conduct remote support. The Applet automatically removes
itself from your PC at session conclusion.
